New painting for Xom project

I spent a lot of time trying to salvage a painting I did for the Xom: Intergalactic Vampire Hunter project but in the end it just didn't work so I did an entirely new one. This version only shows their arms and the sword blade would form half of the X in Xom. I went for a 1970s Italian film poster inspiration and used various movie vampires -- some distorted deliberately. A few later era vampires are also depicted. Will I end up making changes to it? Perhaps but in this case I think it is more unified and appropriate--a book cover for I Am Legend also provided inspiration (and I did my best not to copy it). I really liked working with these liquid paints---Ceram Coat. The last paints I used which had a similar quality were Magic Touch Animal Cel paint. I had seen this brand suggested as a replacement for cel paint so I wanted to try it for its color qualities. Bright but flat.

Two new videos

These show a proces of making a casting of a Dracula statue as well as a presentation of some of my work--but in a moving video format. The painted statues with the eye effect I use look much better with a moving image.

A new book--this combines two previously published ones into a new edition with a new cover. I like this one better than the originals. It fits both stories.
